ADULT LAP SWIM

Welcome to the pool!

Stay active, build endurance, and enjoy the water at our Adult Lap Swim program! Perfect for swimmers 18 and older, this is your chance to get a great workout, unwind, and connect with other adults who love swimming.

Location:
We’re at the Sports Complex, across from Montgomery High School—the first building on the right!

How to Join:
Fill out the online registration (free) and stop by the pool to grab your punch card and start swimming. Whether you’re training, staying fit, or just looking for a fun way to move, the water is waiting for you!

Cost:

  • 10 punches: $30.00
  • 20 punches: $50.00

Hours:

  • Monday through Thursday, 3:30-7 pm
  • Friday, 3:30-6 pm
